A tip is a voluntary gift, so tips are generally non-refundable. That said, we're reasonable people and we'll always try to make an honest mistake right.
Tipped by mistake?
Wrong amount, tapped the wrong thing, or didn't mean to send it? Email us at hello@honorjar.com within 14 days with your receipt and we'll look into a refund.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you see a charge you didn't make, or you were charged twice, contact us right away and we'll sort it out.
Before you file a chargeback
Please reach out to us first — a quick email is almost always faster than a bank dispute, and we'd rather fix it directly.
